• Social media content creation: You will create content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
• Video editing: Not only will you edit videos, but you can also work with different formats, including short clips (captions).
• Graphic Design: Creating graphic materials for marketing purposes.
• Marketing Strategy: Using different personal accounts for promotion and marketing.
• Create videos related to computers, servers and cryptomining: You can create content that focuses on technologies such as computers, servers and cryptomining.
• Active use of AI tools on the Internet: Using artificial intelligence to optimize content and marketing campaigns.
• Website and Content Editing: Working on websites and editing content.

Applicant requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing and content creation.
• At least a high school education in IT or marketing. University education is an advantage.

What will you do in this position?

• Comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the CEO
• Scheduling and confirming in-person and online meetings
• Organization of the company's calendar and control of deadlines for the CEO
• Dealing with email agenda
• Representation of the executive in handling and arranging the executive agenda
• Representative of the executive in the controlling agenda
• Representative of the executive in the agenda of the operative
• Phone calls with clients, business partners, influencers and others
• Collaboration on onboarding new clients
• Organization of internal databases and supervision of attendance
• Taking over part of the duties and acting as a back office manager
• Preparation of documents for accounting - completion of costs, expenses and checking their legitimacy
• Entering tasks into the internal system
• Participation in selected meetings with the CEO and taking minutes
• Cooperation with other team members on selected tasks
• Preparation and presentation of documents for signature and their subsequent distribution
• Welcoming meeting participants, clients and providing refreshments
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as needed and assigned by the CEO
• A personal chauffeur for the CEO so the CEO can work while on the road

• Experience in a similar position (experience in marketing, business or professional presentation is an advantage)
