Service
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for computers, servers, projectors and ASIC miners. We provide service in the Czech Republic in Prague. The expected price of the service is always agreed in advance and the fault diagnosis is free.
Configuration and training
We will be happy to configure all products in the price and free of charge according to the individual needs of the customer. This applies to all computers, servers and ASIC miners. With a new one ASIC miner, we will help you with the configuration and we can do it for you so that it will mine only for you. Packing

Pre-orders

2. Preparation of accessories
The Goldshell BOX II series needs to be equipped with a dual interface power supply and an Ethernet cable:
Power Supply Requirements: A Goldshell customized 1200W PSU can power two BOX IIs simultaneously. However, it is best to connect the dual interface and ethernet cable when the power is off, and then you can turn on the miner.
BOX II miners MUST be connected to TWO 6-pin power ports. Make sure you connect 2 separate 6-pin ports before powering up.
The BOX only needs ONE 6-pin power cable. Make sure you connect the cables first and then turn on the miner.
We strongly recommend using a customized Goldshell power supply. If you choose to use an ATX power supply, it may shorten the life of the miner.

3. Connecting the miner
Connect the BOX II miner to the network using a network cable to a LAN through a router or network switch, and then plug in the power cable. The red and green lights will flash at the same time when booting. After the self-test is completed, the red light will turn off and the green light will remain on, indicating that the miner has successfully started.

5. Controlling the miner
Unlocking the miner
You have been directed to the miner control panel, please click “Unlock” in the upper right corner of the page and enter the password to unlock the miner. The miner's initial password is 123456789.

Adding a pool

After unlocking the miner, click “Miner” on the left side of the page to enter the pool settings. Finally, click “ADD” to enter the pool configuration and set up your mining pool information. Set a miner name with a password of your choice to enter the mining pool address and URL. Use “DxPool” as an example and set the parameters as follows:
Username: The name of the DxPool subaccount
Password: Set anything you want, like 1 or x.
Once the settings are complete, click the “Apply” button and wait until the pool settings show green, which means you are successfully connected to the pool.
Wait for the pool to connect successfully. Then click “Home” to return to the miner page. If you see a hash rate curve, you have successfully joined the pool.
