For some products such as ASIC miners, instead of 100% advance payment, we collect reservation deposits. Thanks to the backup, you are sure that ASIC we will arrange for you and the price will not change and you do not have to pay the full amount before delivery. For already made ASIC miners we collect a 20% deposit and pro ASIC miners in production, or pre-orders we require a 50% deposit.

We provide a full statutory warranty on all products. As one of the few companies in Europe, we have a service center for ASIC miners Bitmain, Jasminer and Iceriver. For ASIC miners we provide a guarantee for years for all natural persons. You can claim the warranty with us in Prague, Czech Republic, and you don't have to send it ASIC miners back to the manufacturers in China, saving around 9 CZK on transport. Computers, servers and ASIC we repair miners free of charge under warranty within 30 days. We can resolve most complaints within 6 hours.

Service

We provide warranty and post-warranty service for computers, servers, projectors and ASIC miners. We provide service in the Czech Republic in Prague. The expected price of the service is always agreed in advance and the fault diagnosis is free.

Configuration and training

We will be happy to configure all products in the price and free of charge according to the individual needs of the customer. This applies to all computers, servers and ASIC miners. With a new one ASIC miner, we will help you with the configuration and we can do it for you so that it will mine only for you. We will help you with the setup ASIC miner and also with a cryptocurrency wallet. We can pre-configure for you free of charge ASIC miner for mining in your wallet at your place or on the exchange. We will also be happy to introduce you to the basic security principles associated with the use of cryptocurrency wallets and cryptocurrency mining.

We send all shipments by a transport service with a tracking number. We send shipments up to 30 kg as parcels. For example: computers, servers, ASIC miners, computer components. Shipments over 30 kg are sent by pallet transport. For example: soundproof box for ASIC miners, server rack. Delivery Time:

  • Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Austria: within 3 days.

Packing

We pack all shipments in such a way that they survive a fall from a height of 80 cm. Pallet transport allows loose packaging.
Computers, servers and ASIC we pack miners in triple packaging: original packaging from the manufacturer + corresponding reinforcing packaging from us + extra protective outer packaging.
 

Profitability

Profitability ASIC miners is their profitability after deducting the cost of the electricity they consume from the outlet. To calculate profitability, a price per 1 kWh of electricity of USD 0,1 is generally used, which corresponds to CZK 2,2 without VAT. Pre-orders

Pre-orders ASIC we deliver miners on the promised date. We provide accurate information on the announced date of production from the factory. A few days for shipping and customs clearance must be added to that date. For pre-orders, we require a reservation deposit of only 50%. With this, you reserve a price that will not change for you. Very often it happens that the price of a stock piece ASIC miner is much higher than the pre-order piece. This is especially true for the latest ASIC miners.

Ordering procedure:

  1. Place your order online.
  2. You will be issued a reservation invoice.
  3. We place an order with the supplier at the moment of receipt of payment.
  4. We will inform you on the promised date that we already have the tracking number of the package and that the miner is on its way to us.
  5. You pay the remaining part of the invoice and take over ASIC undermine.

Setup and training

We will set up the miner for you for free so that it can mine for you. We will also train you for free on how to properly secure your cryptocurrency wallet and recommend which exchanges to use.
We can leave the miner at our store or on hosting before you pick it up, so that you don't lose money by not using the equipment for mining and not earning.

Reservation delivery guarantee

When there is a problem and the delivery is delayed for an inadequate reason, we solve it by combining several measures:
  1. We request an additional discount from the manufacturer.
  2. We will provide an additional discount from our side.
  3. We pay the difference of the lost mining profit against the promised delivery date.
  4. We are refunding the customer.
