1. Preparation

2. Hardware connection
Power supply:
-
Connect the power cable to the power interface on the Bitaxe Gamma 601.

Plug the adapter into an electrical outlet with stable voltage.
Network connection:
-
Prepare a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.
3. Turning on the device
-
Turn on the device's power switch.
-
The BITAXE startup screen appears on the display.
-
Wait about 10 seconds for initialization.
4. Accessing the configuration interface
-
Connect from your phone or computer to the Wi-Fi hotspot created by the miner (e.g. Bitaxe_XXXX).

If the setup page does not appear automatically, open a web browser and enter the IP address:
192.168.4.1
.
5. Setting up a mining pool

In the interface, click Network and enter your Wi-Fi network credentials.

Enter the mining pool address (e.g.
public-pool.io:21496
) and your Bitcoin wallet address. -
Click on Save and subsequently Restartfor the changes to take effect.
6. Optional power settings

Possible to adjust hash rate and core voltage:
-
Core Voltage: 1000–1250 mV

Frequency: 400-625 MHz
-

Adjust the fan speed for optimal cooling.

Save and restart the device.
7. Monitoring and maintenance

Monitor current performance, temperature, and power via the web interface.

Regularly clean the device, especially the fan, from dust.
8. Troubleshooting

If errors occur, check the logs in the web interface.

Adjust the pool settings or restart the device.
